The Renovation phases were agreed and estimates approved. Throughout the project, Damian kept me well informed via email, phone, UK personal meetings, pictures and video. My renovation was not simple due to the historic nature of the property, access & waste removal, but Damian worked within these constraints and kept to the agreed budgets. Damian personally managed the work quality & snagging without issue & was happy to source/ use non standard materials & technology, as I had specific requirements.
