VAT is now re-claimable before the Fiscal Inspection occurs!

Companies filing to recover VAT will henceforth receive refunds without prior fiscal control. However, the measure is applicable only to those companies whose VAT refunds are between RON 5,000 and 10,000. Fiscal control will take place within two years of the refund, as required by the law.
