Job description:

administration assistant/team member is required to join a small team for a small Rental & Property Management, Construction & Real Estate company, based in the excellent location of Piata Sfatului, Brasov. The prime focus of the role, will be to focus on the keeping track of managed apartments, bills paid, rental income etc but could also involve assisting clients in finding a home to rent or buy.
Many of the tasks below you may not have performed previously, which is unimportant.

You will need to be a positive person to succeed & enjoy this role, above all other skills. Your attitude will be the difference between success & failure. A smile goes a long way in this industry.

Requirements:

You will need a reasonable level of spoken English,
helping to run a small busy office, which will include basic Accounts updates,
Capturing & submitting receipts, facturas etc each month
Data recording/ Meeting clients/ Payment of bills/ Keeping client files on their properties/ Monitoring the collection of monthly rent from clients/
Listing apartments on the internet & in newspapers, completing, contracts with clients,
Establishing partnerships with other imobiliare agents to locate clients or properties more quickly.

There is also the opportunity to significantly develop your knowledge & skills in a very wide rage of areas from Sales, Rental, Furniture design/ selection, project management, all the way through to renovation & repairs, should you wish to expand your role when the time is right.

Offer (bonuses, benefits):

You will receive a proportion of any commission earned by the company, in addition to your salary. The salary is perhaps low, but the intention is that you will earn more through successfully finding clients for Rental & Property Management.
