In June 2010 the volume of construction works increased against May 2010 by 46.7%,the increase being visible for all structure elements : capital repairs (+67.7%), new constructions (+43.7%) and maintainance works and current repairs ( +42.7%) according to the National Institute for Statistics (INS).For construction objects, the volume of construction works increased as follows: residential buidings (+79.4%), engineering buildings (+46.5%) and non-residential buildings (+25.8%).
The volume of construction works, adjusted according to the number of working days and season,for June 2010,against May 2010, recorded an increase of 16.6%,increase visible for all structure elements: capital repairs (+34.3%), maintanance and current repairs (+17.2%) and new construction works (+17.0%).
For construction objects, the volume of construction works increased as such: residential buildings by 35.5%, engineering buildings by 19.8% and non-residential buildings by 4.7%.
Against the same month of the precedening year,the volume of construction works dropped by 5.2%. For structure elements,there was an increase for capital repairs by 31.7%. There were drops in new constructions (- 10.5%)and maintainance and current repairs works (- 7.1%)
For construction objects,there were drops in the following elements: residential buildings(-26.6%) and non-residential buildings (-8.0%). For engineering buildings,the volume of construction works increased by 4.7%.
