Club Bamboo comes to Brasov! & is location inside Tampa Gardens.

Breaking News! Bamboo club brings a new dance club to Brasov in November 2010! Location? Tampa Gardens apartment complex

Incredibly, Kronvest group & Club Bamboo have an agreement to open a small Disco in the so-far disused building originally intended for a sports complex & restaurant. The complex is positioned between Blocks A & B. So far, Kronvest have yet to advise owners & tenants of the move, simply advising that the facility will be functional by q4 2010 as a sport facility & shop.

On the positive side, it will put the tucked-away development on the map & may have a positive effect on rental demand there.  Bamboo’s clients in Bucharest tend to be the elite, with exclusive & expensive cars adoring the ample car park.

On the downside, the club may disturb the otherwise tranquil area until the early hours & make an already awful car parking mess even worse.  Bamboo is a very popular venue elsewhere & will attract many cars & taxi’s, plus people walking up there.  Currently, the car parking spaces are not managed or monitored & visitors frequently ‘borrow’ or block other spaces belonging to existing owners. Because there is no penalty system, & some unidentified parking bays remain unsold, it can be a free-for-all.

Only time will tell if this is a positive step for the development, but it certainly will come as a surprise to its residents & apartment owners. It will be interesting to see when the announcement comes, but rumours are spreading quickly as Brasov’s Bamboo recruitment for the club is affecting the other mainstream bars & clubs in the town already with staff wishing to move employers to the exciting new venue, as they perceive it.
